POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Equipment Operator position in Aucta Pharmaceuticals Inc is responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaining all the Equipment and Utilities (Water System, Roof Top Unit, Dust Collector & Air Compressor) in the facility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn and operate the Equipment like Pouch Sealing, Check weigher, Blender, Soft Gel with Polisher and Printer, Nasal Filling with Blister Packaging, Labeler and Printer, etc. 

• Dispensing raw materials (API, Excipients) as per the need.

• Proper execution of Batch Manufacturing Records as per the SOP.

• Monitoring, cleaning, and sanitation of production area and machinery as per respective SOP.

• Performing in-process checks, online documentation, and timely recording entries related to manufacturing activities. 

• Daily monitoring the USP Purified Water System and assist during water sampling. Maintaining and monitoring all the utilities like Air Compressor, Dust Collector and RTU.                   

• Additional duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience and knowledge in Pharmaceutical Equipment operation is a plus. The minimum requirement is High school diploma.                         

• Ability to lift 50 pounds at times.                                                                                                       

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and follow all GMP SOP’s.                  

SALARY RANGE:

Aucta Pharmaceuticals considers a combination of the candidate’s education, training, experience, location, external market, and internal value when determining a salary level for potential new employees where you can use your experiences, perspectives, and skills to help make an impact on the lives of others.

Base Salary: $60,000-$65,000 per year

Annual Bonus Target: 6%
